GO Problem Description

Gray/Green Face Icon on Menu Bar TEF20 analyzer is not detecting attached computer. No relay noise heard.

Error message "TEF Not Communicating". TEF20 analyzer is unable to communicate with your computer.

Apparent improper levels. If the TEF20 is calibrated for the wrong microphone, the levels shown on the TEF will be incorrect.

Error message "Printer index out of range". Message appears whether attempting to print or asking for printer properties.
